Tell us about the event you would like to have at Pyramid Atlantic Art Center, and we will get back to you with a quote and availability. Non-profit organizations and Hyattsville residents receive 10% off of rental fees. Gallery is rented as is; artwork on display in Pyramid Atlantic gallery can not be taken down during rental.
All gallery rentals, reservations and agreements made between individuals, groups or organizations (the Host) and Pyramid Atlantic Art Center are subject to the following conditions:
Fees and capacity:
Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun): $125/hr
Approximately 900 square feet
Use of 2’x 8’x 4′ (bar type) table and sink included in rental
Add on rental items:
Library (200 square feet), $15/hr with gallery rental or $35/hr without
4 6ft folding tables, $5 each
30 black folding chairs, $2 each
6 black tablecloths, $5 each
Events that exceed the agreed upon end time will be charged an additional 1.5x the contracted hourly rate per hour, in increments of one half-hour. Payment is due within ten days upon receipt of invoice.
Guarantees, Confirmation & Payment Terms
Reservations must be made at least three weeks before event.
No reservation is secure until signed contract is procured.
A down payment, safety deposit, and signed contract are required to reserve the space and time of your event.
The remaining balance is due ten (10) business days prior to the event.
All events require event insurance. Proof of event insurance must be procured prior to event.
