Saturday and Sunday, October 19-20, 10:30am–3pm via Zoom
Haunt your holiday with this spooky collection of mechanical monsters! The workshop models—some pop-up, some movable—will include brand-new structures as well as updated classics from Shawn’s workshop collection. And since it’s a kit-based workshop with pre-cut pieces, all you’ll need is a handful of tools, glue, and a bowl of your favorite halloween treats. You will complete this workshop with a bound collection of ten structures that will serve to entertain AND inspire you to create new creatures of your own. All levels are welcome. Boo!
Note: Class sessions both days include a 30 minute break from 12:30pm-1pm to stretch, rest your eyes, and refill your snack bowl. Extra class kits are available for an additional $75 – please select that option at checkout.
Level: All levels are welcome – no previous experience necessary.
Registration closes October 5, 2024 to allow for the shipping of your supply kit. Material fees are included with your registration to cover the precut supplies and shipping of your kit. Students will need to gather/purchase additional materials for class (see the materials list below). This list will also be provided with the registration confirmation email.
Please Note: The online session will be recorded for Pyramid Atlantic’s private use to better optimize our programming and share as examples for funders. You may mute your microphone or turn off your camera if you do not wish to be recorded. Access to the recording(s) will be made available to all participants for a limited time.
Registration includes a $75 materials fee to cover the preparation, packaging, and mailing of the class materials kit, which includes precut cardstock for all 10 structures. If you would like an extra kit, please select that ticket option. Students will need to supply additional materials of their own, including:
