Let’s make squares! In this short form workshop, participants will choose one of pre-design samples for their square format soft linoleum blocks. Once carving is done, we will print by hand to create our printed patterns!
Level: Beginner—No experience necessary!

Gloria Ann Shows is a Filipino-American artist specializing in printmaking, fiber art, and book art. Her work has been featured in museums and galleries nationwide, including the Pizzuti Collection of the Columbus Museum of Art (OH), Turner Center for the Arts (GA), Davis Fine Arts Gallery (WV), the University of North Florida’s Gallery of Art, and Ruddell Gallery at Black Hills State University (SD). She has received grants from the Ohio Arts Council, The Ohio State University, and the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition, and her awards include the Best in Traditional Techniques Award from the Oklahoma Printmaking Network and the Curator’s Choice Award at the Collect:Connect Exhibition. Shows is a member of Southern Graphics Council International and Mid America Print Council.
