About this Workshop:
In this quick and fun diy-esque Make+Take, we’ll show you how to use ink, freezer paper, and some smooth-cutting skills to create your own one-of-a-kind screenprinted t-shirt or print.
Level: All levels—no experience necessary!

CLASS MATERIALS LIST:
Registration includes all materials—just come ready to have fun! In addition, you may want to bring the following items for class:
- A simple sketch or idea, no larger than 8.5” x 11” in size – think of simple shapes, clipart, etc. as you develop your design. You’ll be cutting the design out of freezer paper
- (optional) Personal apron (we’ll have extras) or wear clothes that can get inky
- (optional) Notebook or sketchbook for note taking
- (optional) Clean, ironed T-shirt or tote if you want to trying printing on fabric
Tia Wilson is an artist, illustrator, and comic maker from Germantown, Maryland. They received their Bachelors degree in Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2024 and recently completed a Studio Internship at Pyramid. Tia explores culture, experience, and identity through paintings, installation work, printmaking, and comic art. Tia has exhibited work around the DMV and Rochester, NY.
