About this Workshop:

In this quick and fun Make+Take, we’ll show you how to use ink, freezer paper, and some smooth-cutting skills to create your own one-of-a-kind screenprinted t-shirt or print. 

Level: Beginner – no experience necessary!

Registration closes February 8, 2023 and all materials are provided.

CLASS MATERIALS LIST:

All materials are included with registration, but students are welcome to bring: 

  • A simple sketch or idea, no larger than 8.5” x 11” in size
  • Personal Apron
  • Notebook or sketchbook for note taking

YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Korey Richardson is a mixed media artist from Prince George’s County, Maryland. He earned a BA from the University of Maryland College Park. His practice includes printmaking, painting, installations, and murals. He has exhibited work throughout the DC metropolitan area where he currently lives and works.
