This make-and-take would allow students to pick a date special to them and print it using wood type. We will have both Vandercook presses set up with a loose template of large wood type numbers (example: 12.20.13) that we will swap out based on each student’s special dates. This is a great workshop for beginners and those working towards certification, as it will teach the basic press setup and print-pulling process.
