Lumen Printing Online

June 5, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

$100.00

A 2-Day Online Workshop!

Sundays, June 5 and 12, 11am-1pm ET via Zoom

About this Workshop:

Discover lumen prints, a camera-less photographic process where you will create unique photographic images using black and white photographic paper, objects, and light over a two day workshop. On the first day students will learn a brief history of lumen printing, as well as an overview of the process used to create lumen prints. In between the two days of the workshop, students will practice what they have learned by creating lumen prints on their own. On the second day of the workshop, the instructor and students will meet to talk about and review the students’ lumen prints.

Level: All levels welcome – no experience necessary

Registration closes May 31, 2022 to allow time for students to gather/purchase their materials. With your registration confirmation you’ll receive the full materials list (with helpful links) to purchase your items, any initial handouts about the process, as well as a quick 1-page “how-to” guide to using the Zoom video app.
