About this Workshop:
Whether you want to create your own designs for printmaking and screenprinting, or simply interested in building your drawing skills, this six-session workshop is geared towards anyone who wants to learn how to draw what is sitting in front of them representationally. With dedicated exercises and practice students will learn to strengthen the connection between what their eyes see and their hands do. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced artists. Students will learn some fundamental drawing skills as well as practice techniques that will build skills and muscle memory. We will be doing *a lot* of drawing from observation!
Level: Beginner – no prior experience necessary!
Registration closes January 5, 2023 to allow time for students to gather/purchase their materials.
