An In-Studio Workshop!
A simple stack of Kraft envelopes and an old book cover become a stunning journal in this upcycled book arts class. Students will learn how to prep old book covers to become new book covers and how to create the folded Crown Book spine structure, invented by Hedi Kyle. This structure is not only beautiful, but allows individual pages to be removed and shuffled at will. The Kraft envelope pages give this journal a dozen pockets which makes it a wonderful smash book or travel journal.
Registration closes December 3, 2021. Material fees are included with your registration, though a small list of additional items needed will be sent with your confirmation.
