Mosiah Ballard is a Pyramid Keyholder Artist Resident. He is a comic artist and illustrator based in Maryland. He studied briefly at the Maryland Institute College of Arts but received his Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media from Bowie State University. He is driven by self-exploration and using narrative to connect with others. His background in traditional mediums informs his interest in keeping the digital aspects of digital creation as minimal as possible.

His first comic book, Soft Inside, is being distributed at Capitol Comics in Annapolis. He has also self-published his second comic book, Pete + Andy, supplemented with a stop-motion animated short. He is currently working on an online series called “The Middle Kids” which can be found on social media.
