Youth Education
Pyramid Atlantic offers arts education for K-12 learners!
We offer unique, customizable educational programming led by professional artists in the disciplines of papermaking, printmaking, and book arts to K-12 students. Programs are held in classrooms and other educational venues throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, or right here in Pyramid’s working community studios in Hyattsville, Md.
Programming can be developed for any age level and tailored to meet specific needs, curricula, and include connections to other subjects such as history, geography, science, and mathematics. We offer three types of programming for students and educators: Field Trips and Group Classes, Train-the-Educator Professional Development Lessons, and Free On-Demand Video Demonstrations.
